Rodrigo Padilla is a fellow at McLane, Bednarski & Litt. As a student at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, he took up every opportunity to provide representation and policy support to those in need, from migrants facing deportation to incarcerated people fighting for better conditions during the COVID pandemic. He also brings years of experience fighting deportations and for the improvement of the lives of detained and non-detained migrants. In his work with the firm, he is dedicated to helping his clients prevail in even the most complex of civil rights and criminal matters.
